The Brio Freestanding Outdoor Gas Pizza Oven uses patented Alfa Forninox technology, that allows you to reach desired cooking temperatures with very little fuel in 30 minutes. Cook two (2) pizzas right next to the fire on the 542 square inch fire brick cooking surface. The dome is made of powder-coated stainless steel and the cooking floor is made of interchangeable refractory tiles to help retain heat while cooking. With no curing needed, you can cook anything in your Alfa pizza oven that you would normally cook in your kitchen oven including meats, vegetables and desserts. The Brio ships ready for use with propane, but includes a conversion kit for use with natural gas.
The Alfa Ovens Brio Freestanding Outdoor Gas Pizza Oven features a reinforced stainless steel cooking chamber, while a premium mix of European ceramic fiber insulation offers quick heating and even temperature maintenance. Thick oven floor firebricks further enhance the cooking process by gradually absorbing and releasing heat for even cooking throughout the cooking process. The durable base converts your Brio countertop pizza oven into a freestanding pizza oven. The base is coated in seven (7) layers of heat resistant black paint, and it features a bottom shelf for storing your propane tank.
