The Blaze Easy Light Indirect Cooking System is the perfect counterpart to the versatility of the Blaze Kamado. The charcoal basket sections off the charcoal to one side of the grill for indirect cooking and greater control. When paired with the Blaze Kamado Rotisserie the hot charcoal in the basket provides infrared heat which results in food that retains more of its own natural flavor.
Cook with indirect heat on your Blaze Kamado grill with the Blaze Kamado Easy Light Indirect Cooking System. Use the included charcoal basket to section off charcoal for indirect heat, or to cook with infrared heat when paired with the Blaze Kamado Rotisserie Kit (sold separately). The lower chamber of the basket works as a chimney starter for use with charcoal starters and other ignition methods. A stainless steel drip pan catches all of those essential drippings for pan gravies and bastes, and can also be used as a water pan for added moisture when smoking. The Easy Light Indirect Cooking System is made with 304 grade stainless steel for outstanding durability.
